Short Breaks work for Disabled Children and Young People Lot 1 – Groups Group activities that are available to children, young people and their families. Group provision that are aimed at children and young people that require additional support, or who may need groups and services that are designed to meet their needs Lot 2 – Community Care & Support A disabled child or young person is assessed as needing additional support in their home or community. Lot 3 – Residential A child or young person is cared for overnight by someone other than the parent or carer.
