⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the Procuring entity : SUZUKI Shiro, Commander, 5th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : On-site test adjustment and repair of Vessel Traffic Data Processing System.
⑷ Delivery period : 31, March, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As per the specifications.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the Tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for Participating in the proposed tender are Those who shall ;
ⅰ )not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, Minors, Person Under Conservatorship or that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause :
ⅱ )not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting :
ⅲ )have Grade A of "Service" in Kinki area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023 and 2024.
ⅳ )The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
