⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hoshisashi Yoshimi Deputy Director General, Procurement Operations (Arms and Supplies) for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Agency
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 9, 22, 31, 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Pathologu and Cytology Workflow Support System 1 SET
② Food service set No. 1 13 SET
③ Bed stead 2,844 each
④ Drum, shipping and storage 808 each
⑤ Drum, shipping and storage 420 each
⑥ Drum, shipping and storage 200 each
⑷ Delivery period : as in the tender docuentation
⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
③ have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 6⑶ above, in the Kanto and Koushin-etsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
