Provision of air transportation services
Esso Exploration Angola (Block 15) Limited, (“Esso Angola”), an ExxonMobil subsidiary,
hereby announces a public tender to select a supplier for the provision of air transportation
services (PROJ 049264):
 Air Transportation Services by Fixed Wing Aircraft (Jet or Turbo prop) from Luanda (FNLU) to
Soyo (FNSO) and return, either by a dedicated Aircraft with full occupancy or by sharing seats on
a shared flight with other company(ies) or in a commercial domestic route flight (LAD-SOYOLAD) through allotment contract by blocking a minimum number of seats
Tenderers should ensure the functionality of air services provided in accordance with
International Civil Aviation Organization standards.
These services are requested for Luanda and Soyo.

1. Cover letter and their contact details;
2. Evidence of Registration and Certification by the National Concessionaire, according to the
Angola Local Content legislation, including a) Presidential Decree 271/20, of October 20, 2020
and b) ‘Instrutivo’ 6/21, of November 4, 2021.
