Notice of Invitation to Tender N°_MATDS/REST/GVRT-FGRM/SG 

1. The Secretary General of the Eastern Region, President of the Regional Commission for the Allocation of Contracts, launches a call for tenders for the purpose of carrying out the work as described in the Specific Data of the tender file. call for tenders. The works will be financed from the resources of the State budget, financial year 2022.

2. The REGIONAL DIRECTORATE OF WATER AND SANITATION OF THE EAST invites closed offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to carry out the following works: the construction of seven hundred and twenty (700) family latrines semifinished and four hundred and twenty (420) cesspools in the East region. This work is broken down into 06 lots, namely



Bidders have the option of bidding for one, several or all of the lots. In the event that they tender for several or all of the lots, they must submit a separate tender for each lot. 

1. The award of the contract will be conducted by open invitation to tender as defined in articles 53 and following of decree n ° 2017-0049 / PRES / PM / MINEFID of February 1, 2017 on award, execution and payment procedures public contracts and public service delegations and open to all eligible candidates.

2. Interested candidates can obtain information from the Regional Water and Sanitation Department of the East, Tel: 24 77 01 72 and at the following times:

3. The qualification requirements are:

Participation in the competition is open to all natural or legal persons or groups of said persons having Lp type approval for lot 1, lot 2, lot 3, lot 4, lot 5 and lot 6 provided that they do not are not banned or suspended and in good standing vis-à-vis the Administration of their country of establishment or fixed . 4. Interested candidates can consult the complete tender dossier free of charge at the Regional Directorate for Water and Sanitation in the East (DREA-Est) or collect it from the Regional Directorate for Water and Eastern Sanitation (DREA-Est) against payment of a non-refundable sum of thirty thousand (30,000) FCFA for each lot to the address mentioned below.

5. Bids should be submitted to the following address:

6. Bids must include a bid guarantee in the amount of six hundred thousand (600,000) CFA francs for lot 1 and lot 2; nine hundred thousand (900,000) CFA francs for lot 3; four hundred and fifty thousand (450,000) CFA francs for lot 4 and lot 5 and three hundred and sixty thousand (360,000) for lot 6.

7. Bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline for submission of bids as specified in point 19.1 of the IC and the DPAO.

8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend the opening of bids on April 25, 2022 at the following address: Governorate of Fada N'Gourma.
