The Department is seeking to enter into a single contract for the provision of a regular passenger transport and freight airline service to Norfolk Island.

Through this RFT, the Department is seeking innovative, commercially d solutions from the market in order to meet the following key ives:

1. Provide essential airline services to Norfolk Island;
2. Establish a scalable service delivery model for airline services to Norfolk Island that matches supply with demand and allows for surge capacity for major events; and
3. Develop a business model for the delivery of the Services which is commercially viable and minimises or eliminates the requirement for underwriting.
