The Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust are inviting s of interest from experienced providers for the provision of hard FM maintenance services including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and repairs, emergency maintenance including a helpdesk facility. The contract will be let for three years with an additional two plus two years optional extensions. The contract will be let in 2 lots covering the Bristol region and the Wiltshire region.
