⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① have the qualification to participate of "Electric Communications Equipment" for participating in tenders Japan Water Agency (in the fiscal year 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024).
② not correspond to the requirements for disqualification.
