⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TAGASHIRA Yoshikazu, The Obligating Officer Administration Bureau, National University Corporation Kagoshima University
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 77
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Periodical Survey and Repair Service for the Training Ship NANSEI-MARU 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 25 October, 2022 through 15 November, 2022
⑸ Fulfillment place : Dockyard near (about 215 N.M.) Mother port of NANSEI-MARU (Kagoshima Port)
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 2 and 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Kagoshima University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and
agency, or have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in offer of services for participating in tenders by National University Corporation Kagoshima University,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services,
D meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Administration Bureau, National University Corporation Kagoshima University may specify in accordance with Article 4, section 6 of the Regulation concerning the Goods supply contract for Kagoshima University,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Administration Bureau, National University Corporation Kagoshima University.
