⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :å
A Cardiopulmonary bypass equipment
It should be configured roller pump and a centrifugal pump for selective cerebral perfusion and cardioplegia.
a Roller pump
ⅰ Separate pump head should be consist of large pump and small pump.
ⅱ It must have a self-diagnostic function.
b Centrifugal pump
ⅰ It should be supplied power from the system .
ⅱ It must have a self-diagnostic function.
B Heater-Cooler System
It must be independent from the system.
C Blood Parameter Monitoring System circulations :
It must have a function that be measured continuously online blood gas, electrolytes, oxygen saturation, hemoglobin, hematocrit value.
D Automatic recording device cardiopulmonary bypass.
It must have a function to uptake automatically the cardiopulmonary bypass date and the patient monitoring system date.
E Intracranial oxygen saturation monitor
ⅰ It must be able to measure more than 4ch.
ⅱ It must be able to monitor one from adult to neonatal.
