⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAGAHASHI Kazuhisa, Director-General, Real Estate and Construction Economy Bureau
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Duties to maintain and operate the platform for administrating foreign workers.
⑷ Fulfillment period : 31, March, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A or B on "provision of services" in Kanto・koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director of Budget and Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
