⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Collection, transportation and disposal of the flammability infectious industrial waste matter 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October, 2022 through 30 September, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : Faculty of Medicine, Kagawa University
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Kagawa University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Shikoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have obtained a license inaccordance with [The Waste Management and Public Cleaning Law] affairs Law, by governor of Kagawa prefecture : Collection and transportation of the infectious waste matter,
D meet the qualification requirements which President, Kagawa University may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Kagawa University.
