In April 2022, Legal Aid NSW will undertake an open tender process to appoint a Provider for the Central North West Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (WDVCAS). The successful applicant will enter into a service agreement with Legal Aid NSW to deliver the WDVCAS for the period 1 September 2022 to 30 June 2024.

The tender will commence on Wednesday, 20 April 2022. Applications will be open for eight weeks and close at 5.00pm on Friday, 17 June 2022.

All applications must be submitted through the NSW Government eTendering website (www.tenders.nsw.gov.au). All applicants must be registered on the eTendering website in order to receive updates about the tender.
