Having carefully evaluated the of interest (EOI) submissions received and after consulting further with agency stakeholders, NSW Procurement has determined not to proceed to the subsequent (RFT) stage of the procurement process at this time.

 

 

As per the EOI document (7.12), all respondents are to be notified in writing of this decision of the outcome of their EOI response, and this note provides this notification.

 

 

Thank you for your participation in the EOI and time you allocated to prepare your submission.

 

 

Should the situation change advice will be posted on Tenders NSW advising of the situation.
