INVITATION

Suppliers of pharmaceutical products are invited to participate in the establishment of a new Pharmaceuticals Header Standing Offer Arrangement (PHA) No.109936 with Queensland Health (QH).

The PHA 109936 will gradually replace the current Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) HSQ96184 in place. The replacement process will be completed on or before the expiry of the current SOA HSQ96184.

The PHA will be established in 2 steps:

1st step:  Establishment of the PHA terms and conditions only (without products)

2nd step:  Addition of products to the PHA through Invitation to Offer (ITO) processes
