Innovate UK KTN is seeking tenders from event tech providers who support the following requirements. Innovate UK KTN have an ongoing need for organisers, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and – in particular – delegates, to experience a high-quality user-journey from registration through to post- event experience.

Innovate UK KTN exists to connect innovators with new partners and new opportunities beyond their existing thinking – accelerating ambitious ideas into real-world solutions. Our diverse connections span business, government, funders, research and the third sector.

One of the key tools for making these connections is events. Innovate UK KTN produces between 400-900 events each year, both independently and on behalf of Innovate UK (who provide grant funding to Innovate UK KTN).

In person events: Our in-person events are business to business and take place across the UK. They typically take place for between half a day and a full day, attracting between 50 and 200 delegates to each. Most of these events are free to attend.

Online Events: During 2020-21 Innovate UK KTN ran approximately 900 online events, ranging from small workshops of 30 delegates for a couple of hours, to large exhibition/conference showcases with 2000 delegates lasting over several days.
