⑴ Contracting Entity : Eiji Itoi The Obligating Officer, Director Administration Department, Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety Tohoku Rosai Hospital
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 75
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Building cleaning service 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 August 2022 through 31 July 2025
⑸ Fulfillment place : Tohoku Rosai Hospital
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Offer of service etc" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region.
④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify,
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 17 : 00 8, June, 2022
