⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① Not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for forest research and management organization

② Have Grade A, B or C in "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.

③ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
