⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The existing equipment should be utilized as a helium liquefaction system to improve its capacity. (Liquid nitrogen precooling liquefaction capacity 50 L/h or more.)
B The supplier is responsible for designing the system in compliance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act.
