The Contract is for the provision of a new Church of Ireland Hall and a new Gaelic Recreational Building (GAC), to include all associated external works (including hardstanding and landscaping) at 3nr separate sites located within Pomeroy, Co. Tyrone. The Contract Period is anticipated to be approximately 9 months. All works are expected to be completed by April / May 2023.
