3)not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening.

5)not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.

6)The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.

7)regarding① : have proven to have actually procured the products concerned or the products with performance equal to that of the products concerned.
