⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 2 and Article 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for JAPAN SPORT COUNCIL. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause

② have the Grade A or B on "sales of product" in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal year 2022, 2023, 2024

③ have permission to be an Electricity Retailer with Article 2, Section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law

④ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO
