⑴ Contracting Entity : SEIKE Atsushi, President of The Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan (referred to as PMAC)
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Renewal of hospital synthesis information system and replacement of equipment 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 16 May, 2022 through 31 March, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : PMAC Tokyo Rinkai Hospital
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC.Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC.
③ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer.
④ have the Grade A or B "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry of Japan in the fiscal years 2022.
⑤ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 10 : 30 AM 16 May, 2022. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 12 May, 2022. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
