Galway City Council is engaging in a competitive tendering process for the establishment of a single-party work agreement for Project Management Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services in relation to Extension and Enhancement of Galway City Museum and Spanish Arch Site. Project Management services will include for the design, supervision and construction management for the proposed extension and enhancement of the Galway City Museum site at the Spanish Arch, Galway City. The work agreement will be established with multi disciplines, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders. Each tender submission must include all of the following disciplines: 1. Project Management Services (Lead discipline) 2. Architectural Services, must include Conservation Architect – Grade 1 3. Civil and Structural & Geotechnical Engineering Services 4. Mechanical and Electrical Services 5. Quantity Surveying Services
