Westmeath County Council and the Grand Canal Harbour Amenity Co Ltd, with the support of the Just Transition Fund are seeking a fixed price lump sum tender for the provision of an Architect led Design Team which shall include Lead Architect, Conservation Architect, Structural and Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical / Electrical Engineer, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Design and Assigned Certifier and Employer’s Representative for the proposed development and refurbishment of the Harbour Building, Kilbeggan for use as modern, energy efficient office space for Community Organisations, start-up enterprises, e-workers and potential tourism projects.
