Bere Island Projects Group CLG is seeking tenders from experienced operators to provide a Roll On/Roll Off Heavy Cargo Service for Bere Island, County Cork from Castletownbere, Co. Cork. (For cargo in excess of 17 tonnes weight) Any contract which may be awarded as a result of this process will be for a period of three years. The primary ive of the contract will be to provide an efficient and cost- effective service that best meets the needs of the island community. The key requirements of the service will include; • Provision of the minimum number of sailings as set out in the Request for Tender, and • The availability of suitable vessel(s) with the capacity to meet the requirements of the service.
