In consultation with the Marine Research Funders Forum, with reference to nationally and internationally established access guidelines and access programmes, and informed by information being collated in-house on existing marine research infrastructures including the maturity level of existing marine research infrastructures and related access programmes (due for completion mid-year 2022) the tenderer is required to undertake an analysis of existing access programmes and scope an appropriate national marine research infrastructure access programme.
