The works involve the complete upgrade of the Life Safety Systems, comprising of the installation of fire doors, fire detection and alarm system and emergency lighting, with minor works to the existing gas installation, in the context of the entire school, with a gross floor area of approximately 335 m2. These works and all associated works, as detailed on the accompanying drawings, and as set out in the project specification documents are to be allowed for.
