⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KOHNO Shigeru, President of Nagasaki University
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Nagasaki University Sakamoto campus Ⅱ Town Gas Supply 1Set
⑷ Delivery period : From The day after the regular meter reading date in October, 2022 through Regular meter reading date in October, 2025
⑸ Delivery place : Nagasaki University Sakamoto campus Ⅱ
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Nagasaki University. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance may also be able to participate in a bid as long as they obtain the consent necessary for concluding a contract,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade Cqualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C Be registered as a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act,
D meet the qualification requirements which President of Nagasaki University may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of Nagasaki University.
