⑴ Contracting Entity : YAMADA Akinori, President, National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan (NCAC)
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Planning and survey for the installation of next LAN system.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of contract through 31 March 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 14 of the NCAC's accounting regulation detailed rules. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 15 of the NCAC's accounting regulation detailed rules.
③ Have Grade A, B or C in "Offer of service" in the Kanto・Koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Satisfies criteria in the tender documentation.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 26 May 2022
