⑸ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Web distribution facilities This facility shall consist of video and audio equipment for conducting interactive online lectures.This facility shall be capable of being centrally managed by the secretariat on a campus-by-campus basis.
B Academic Recording Facilities The system shall consist of cameras and audio equipment for filming and recording academic situations.
C Other An appropriate maintenance system shall be offered to provide prompt support in the event of a malfunction or breakdown of this equipment.
