This project includes the first phase of work required for the provision of a camping pod development including:
a) Site grading works
b) Installation of access roads and gravel paths
c) Installation of site services including new wastewater treatment system, wastewater network, electrical ducting, LPG ducting, water supplies
d) Installation of ancillary site services including bin storage area, ESB meter pillar, LPG tank , etc
e) Fabrication and installation of timber d camping pods and concrete s
f) Installation of electrical services to pods
g) Installation of heating and plumbing services to pods
h) Floors and wall finishes to pods
i) All other associated works
