Tenders are invited from suitably qualified building works contractors to undertake refurbishment and upgrade works to existing and former school buildings to provide new teaching spaces. There are two Lots as follows: Lot 1-Galway comprising of one post primary school project in Galway city and Lot 2 - Dublin comprising of two school projects in Sallynoggin (Holy Child Community School) and Clontarf (minor external works and internal modular building works) Dublin. These are fast-track projects with the works to be completed over the summer holidays in time for school opening in end August 2022. Interested Contractors may tender for one or both Lots provided that they have the capacity and resources to deliver all three projects.
