Munster Technological University is seeking to appoint an Architect Led Design Team for a new mezzanine level to provide a Student Community Hub within the existing Nexus Hall of the Student Centre Building located on the MTU Bishopstown Campus, Cork.
The highest ranked tenderer will be required to provide the following consultancy services for the delivery of the including but not limited to the following.
• Architectural Services (including DAC, Fire, Planning & Assigned Certifier) & Employers Representative
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services Consultant
• Quantity Surveying Services
• Civil Structural Engineering Services
• PSDP
