This is not a call for competition or an invitation to tender.  This is an invitation to participate in a market consultation exercise in relation to a Project Portfolio Management System (PPM) for the Medical Council (the “Council”).

The purpose of this request is to establish the types of Project Portfolio Management Systems that may be available to the Council, and the indicative costs of such systems.  The Council wants to understand and assess options available in this area and get feedback from across the market.  The Council also wishes to enable input from interested parties as to how any subsequent competitive process might be structured to facilitate participation and to have a competitive and effective procurement strategy, although the Council, as noted below, gives no guarantees in relation to a subsequent competitive process

The Council may cancel this market consultation at any time and interested parties will bear their own costs in participating in the consultation.
