The works consist of the removal of space heating & domestic water services inthe old part of the school and replacement with new services ot be connected to the infrastruture installed in the 2019 extension. The works comprise of the removal of existing space heating pipework & emitters, existing domestic water services pipework, installation of new heat emitters & pipework with local room control, installation of new domestic water services and connection to exisitng sanitaryware. All assocaited electrical works are included in these works as is all necessary builders works including trenching, formation of openings, making good, paininting, boxing in of services & safe disposal of waste
