This RFT relates to the construction of an extension to Spanish Point Golf Club's Clubhouse building. The extension is a single storey over ment with a tiled pitched roof, concrete plastered walls and concrete floors. The roof will be tied in to existing roof but walls are stand alone. The site is located in West Clare and the project is subject to grant aid being obtained.
