Clare County Council wishes to appoint an Integrated Design Team (Lot 1) and Integrated Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor (Lot 2) for One Shannon Hub & Associated Public Realm, Shannon, Co Clare.
Clare County Council intends to use a two stage, restricted competition for this appointment.
The Lot 1 Integrated Design Team services being procured as part of this process comprise the following Principal Services / disciplines and specialist skills;
