work Agreement for Cost Consultancy, Quantity Surveying & Advisory Services for the Croí Cónaithe (Cities) Scheme.  The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage in partnership with the Housing Agency has issued a Stakeholder Notice with additional details regarding a new Croí Cónaithe Cities Scheme that will help kick start unactivated planning permissions for build to sell apartments in the five (5) cities - Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Waterford and Galway. The scheme will assist in addressing the on-going viability challenges for such developments nationally by providing direct but targeted supports, while benefiting the end consumer in terms of additional apartments for purchase in areas of high demand. The initial Croí Cónaithe Cities Scheme will focus on Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Waterford and Galway, with the majority of developments expected to be located in the Dublin region.
