The project will involve the construction of a building to service the existing 63 berth Small Craft Harbour and also provide a facilitate for the training needs of harbour staff. The building will be laid out over two floors with the utility services on the ground floor and a training room on the first floor. The building has been architecturally designed to reflect the marine environment  and boosts an exoskeleton steel . The building will be delivered to an A2 energy rating.
