Carlow County Council seek to appoint a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy to undertake the necessary designs, planning documents, land acquisition/CPO documentation (if applicable), construction tender documentation, contract administration, site supervision and Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) role for the Carlow Active Travel Schemes, Hannover to Carlow IT Phase 4 .

The Consultant’s services will be required for the following stages of the above project:

• Stage (i) Preliminary

• Stage (ii) Design

• Stage (iii) Tender

• Stage (iv) Construction 

• Stage (v) Handover of Works
