A.  Sligo County Council (‘Client’) is seeking competitive tenders for a detailed Site Characterisation and Assessment of lands in the ownership of Sligo County Council and adjacent privately owned lands at Ballyfree, Sligo, Co. Sligo to include geological, hydrological, and hydrogeological and meteorological data; and contamination risks/potential associated with the current development on these lands.  Corrective Action Feasibility and Design will also be required depending on the results of this Assessment. 

B. The Contract is being tendered as a single proposal.

C. The Consultant will nominate a designated sole liaison person and those nominated to delegate for him/ her for this contract and supply this information to Sligo County Council.
