NIBRT is looking to procure a spectroscopic instrument for autonomous monitoring of nutrients, bolites and product quality attributes of recombinant proteins or advanced therapies directly and simultaneously in-situ in multiple benchtop bioreactors. Ideally the measurement principle of proposed solutions will be d on Raman spectroscopy. Where an alternative technology is proposed, Tenderers should provide supporting literature, ideally peer-reviewed, and a comparison of the performance of their proposed solution relative to currently deployed solutions for bioprocess monitoring d on Raman spectroscopy as available in the peer-reviewed literature and public domain.
