Mayo County Council request Tenders dated 29th April, 2022, to procure services to digitise approximately 64,000 Microfiche Planning Files (sleeves only), including Castlebar Town Council Planning Files. These digitised records will be required to be uploaded to our IPLAN System through Docuware & IDOCs system. On completion of the digitisation, the files are to be returned safely and securely to their current location in The Planning Office, Aras An Chontae, Castlebar, Co Mayo. An unbroken chain of custody is paramount to this process. All of the original microfiche and the digitised output must remain within the Republic of Ireland at all times.
