o Demolition and Disposal of minor section of building
o Waste Management and Disposal of all demolition material
• Additional Accommodation Scheme Extension Works
o Construction of new Additional Accommodation Scheme Extension containing new mainstream classroom, 1 x Assisted User wc/shower room, 1 x store and circulation/connecting corridor.
o Construction of new disability access ramps and steps
o All associated civil works including drainage, surface water and foul water works
o Footpath, ramps, tarmacadam surfacing and remedial works
• Existing National School Works
o Alterations to existing school staff room and classroom 4.
