2.2 It is BE’s intention to establish a qualification panel of potential suppliers for each of Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 (the “Qualification Panels” or “Panels”) which it is intended will be maintained for a period of five (5) years from the date of establishment (the “Term”), unless terminated earlier by BE. 

Lot 1 - Purchase of 2 axle coaches;
