The Qualification System is a staged process, described further in Information
Memorandum. In summary, interested parties may apply to be admitted to the
Qualification System at any time. The criteria for admission to the Qualification
System are set out in the Information Memorandum.
Once admitted to the Qualification System, Qualified Applicants may be asked to
tender for Contracts at any time, or may be subject to a further qualification
process (which may include a shortlisting process) to select tenderers for
particular Contracts. The details of the system operation are set out in the
Information Memorandum.
The Qualification System will be divided into Lots corresponding to each TCU
area and Applicants are asked to indicate in their Qualification Submission the
Lots in respect of which they are seeking qualification.
The term of the Qualification System shall be 5 years.
