TII require a Micro-Simulation Traffic Model of the Luas Red Line and the road vehicle traffic movements within the defined extents of the Traffic Model which extends from James St (at its junction with Basin St) to the junction of Heuston Station Access Rd (at its junction with Frank Sherwin Bridge) and including the junction of Parkgate Street and Heuston Bridge.
