This project is a School heating primary & secondary distribution system upgrade. The existing system will be isolated and removed, and a new system installed in its place. The mechanical works involve the fit-out of the following systems: 1. Heating – Demolition and removal of existing distribution system complete with all components, boilers, flues, circuits etc. (LPHW) 2. Heating – Installation of new Low pressure hot water secondary distribution system throughout the school including radiators, radiant panels, 2-port MV controls & individual room temp stats (LPHW) 3. New BMS panel & field devices 4. Associated builder's works 5. Associated electrical works
