Limerick City and County Council proposes to award concession contracts for the sale of ice cream and light refreshments at Mungret Park, Shelbourne Park, Castletroy Park and O’Brien Park. These will be awarded in 4 lots (one for each location) and will run from 13th June to 31st October 2022. The concession awarded will be for the operation of a van or other mobile unit which must be removed from the location at the end of each trading day. The specific trading area at any location will be set, and may be changed (temporarily or otherwise), at the discretion of Limerick City and County Council.
